4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials provided by Synth Nova remain our property. Client content ownership is defined in specific service agreements.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refund policies are outlined in individual contracts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Synth Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with notice as specified in agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for breach of terms.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes are subject to arbitration as specified in service agreements.
